I was recently took tata dth connection and topped up my account with 3000 on 27th June 2023. I choose my monthly pack is 219. On July 2nd from my account deduced like 249 rupees. I get suspicious to check my transaction history, I tried to complaint about this they saying like it’s activated from your side we can’t do anything about this. Suppose we can cancel subscription from next month onwards. But this is worst activity from tata play.if i didn’t activate anything like this means why they were doing automatically if we are unaware about this means they will deduct simply money for every month?.
