I’d like to bring to notice how Airtel is taking its customers for a ride. I’m using Airtel’s post paid number and before travelling to Canada i had activated its 10 day International roaming pack @Rs 3599/. Without my knowledge this pack got auto renewed twice i.e on 27th Aug and 7th Sep. Now i have been billed for Rs 14,000/ (including GST). I returned back to India on 7th Sep and still was charged another 10 day IR pack owing to auto renewal policy which they never disclose to customers at the time of selling this pack. My humble submission is that i should be only charged two 10 days IR pack instead of three IR packs .
