I had subscribed to Airtel Dongle service which ended in january 2020. In february, i received a bill for 8500 rupees as renewal fees. I called Airtel to terminate the services for good. Again after a month, a person called me asking me to pay the outstanding fee of 8500 rupees as the charges for one year january 2020 to january 2021. Firstly, i had never consented for subscription of renewal in January 2020. Secondly, i am being harassed to pay for a service that is yet to be provided.
