I had enabled auto pay through credit card for my broad band connection. after 2 months of auto pay i suddnely find that auto pay did not work. The due date is past and airtel now asks me to pay late fee. This has happened earlier also. After enabling auto pay it works for a few months and then suddenly it does not work. I suspect Airtel is doing this purposely to extract late fee from customers.
