Text of Complaint by Amita:

I have taken subscription for neighbor who is senior citizen. Now they no longer need this. The day it was auto debited I immediately informed them via email. They purposely keep auto pay on so that they can full the customer. Customer do not get intimation of their plan expiring and it automatically get debited by auto pay . Company send mail saying it is not refunded etc. It’s a fraud by Navi Digital Entertainment Pvt Limited.
