Text of Complaint by Praasd:

I have never subscribed to NOV Digital Entertainment, yet I was automatically enrolled, and ₹299 was deducted from my account twice without my consent. Despite multiple attempts to remove the auto-pay setup, I keep receiving a “failed to delete auto-pay” error.
