An amount of Rs.45 had been deducted without my concern, for which I would like to request you get the same refunded into my account.
Recharging an account is totally the responsibility of the consumer and the company has no right to deduct the amount from the balance available.
Mails written to them are not being replied and they say that your id is not registered.
