Suddenly, I received a message saying that Rs. 299 was auto-debited from my account. When I checked, I saw that it was taken by “Nov Digital Entertainment” through auto debit. How can they withdraw money from my account without my permission? I have never even heard of this company before this is the first time I’m seeing their name. How can they take money from my account without confirmation or even sending a message? Please help me get my amount refunded. This feels like a big scam. How many people’s accounts have they taken money from like this? The government must take strict action against this.
