I have a ZEST account. I brought a mobile phone on 18.9.2021 using ZEST money with 9 month EMI. In every month 5 th the EMI amount will be automatically debited in my SBI account. In this month I paid the EMI amount through Net banking option on 5.2.2022 and after that an additional EMI also debited in my same SBI account. But that deducted amount is not entered in my ZEST account. So I request you to please rectify the amount or kindly refund tha additional EMI amount.
