I was automatically debited ₹999/- for Prime membership without my authorization. I need the amount refunded immediately.

I am mr surjeet from haryana dist rohtak city meham. Sir i hava an acount in punjab national bank. My acount number is 1936010041487.sir Punjab national bank debit form my acount without inform me. When i ask they tell me that i have 9 policy of lic bank..but sir i hvae not take any policy. Acoding to this reasons they debit my balance.. I request to u take a suitable actions against Punjab national bank. Thay r from with me. They give promiss for auto chack.
