I was sent a message by my bank about the auto debit by ketchup technologies for Rs 199..I have not approved this mandate and there was no way of stopping the mandate. I tried calling the customer care BOI but they could not do much. Saw that there have been a few transactions earlier too but I didn’t notice them.Request action against this fraud company immediately.
