Myself is a regular customer of Airtel subscriber (9804476664) and have been using quite a long time. Today I have been experienced the worst treatment of the same subscriber against me. For the last few days I’ve been receiving messages on frequent basis in respect of renewal since my balance was on the verge of ending, and if not done in stipulated time there has been an auto debit of Rs. 23/- from my main balance. Though in my last recharge, they conducted the same exercise but due to “stop auto debit” option, they didn’t cut from my main balance (due to prior warning). But this time the said “stop auto debit” option is not found on their network due to their ulterior motive and cut my balance after 28 days’ despite previous warning. How dare they used to do so! Rs. 23/- is not factor, the matter they deliberately curtail my hard earned money that could have been done in process from my side. Is this the way of earning easy money to cheat their customer in such a filthy way!!! I didn’t have any ill-motive against this subscriber but today’s experience leaves me a lot (in bitter sense)! You must cut a sorry figure for your attitude and ensure not to do any unauthorised and illegal activity in the near future please!
