Respected Sir this is a very serious complaint against Cashpal loan app i had taken loan from this app always paid on time
But after several requests these people are not cancelling my Auto loan facility
After i do repayment
They are very smartly showing error in their server due to which I’m unable to cancel the auto loan facility
Without my consent
They are crediting money to my account
For every 9600 rs they take 16000 rs for 7 days they are harassing the customers by doing so
They don’t have any proper customer care number
The email address they have provided on their app doesn’t respond
They are smartly putting people into severe loss
Sir please act on this immediately as I have really lost a lot of amount because of this app
Please help immediately.
