Dear Sir ,
My two orders (6231120440 ,6167640104)were cancelled without any intimation to me . I have ordered my first item (sujata powermatic juicer mixer ) om 01/10/18 and second item today (panasonic tv 40 inch ) but i havnt received my money yet (even for the first order) . I called custmor care executive today night only (they dont respond till 30 to 60 minutes ) ,and talked till level 3 (MR Kohli Speaked at level 3 ) executive but all of them are having same answer ‘sorry sir we will refund your amount in 14 working days .
But sir ,this is not the way you will deal your customers . How can I purchase an item now ,beause in total my 30000 rs is freezed in your account . paytm being a bank ,is taking 14 days for the refund . This is not realstic . Please help me and dont answer me ready made reply of sorry sir , we will refund your money in 14 working days .
Another excuse is that sir product was damaged therefore it was cancelled ,if one product was damaged ,you should have replaced with another one because seller is selling the product on paytm at this moment of time also . (therefore it was not case such that seller may have one last product )
I either want my money (with in a one day -it is only a minute taking process through IMPS ,NEFT ) or my product .
because Big Billions day sale is going on if you will refund my money i will take another one.
Please help me otherwise i need to tweet problem to Mr Vijay shekhar Sharma
