Dear Sir
I ordered Urban choice metal collapsible shoe on 10th Jan, 2023 and got product on 13th Jan, 2023 and found one black plastic part missing and raised return request (reference mail in trail mail), return pick up must be on 19th Jan, 2023 but in App it shows return cancelled.
And i got no any other conversations from Flipkart for any further clarification of return reason
Today i talk with customer care person Mr. Abhinav Singh he said you might get any mail for sending image of product but i didn’t get any mail or call
I request you to please refund the amount and pick up return as it no use of me without that part
