I have ordered one large swing from Flipkart during big billion days. This item was supposed to reach by 13/10/22. It was reached a hub near to me by 8th itself, but they never come to deliver the item. I have raised a complaint in flipkart and they told it will be resolved with in 18th. But they never allotted a delivery guy and on 18th they told they will resolve it in 22nd. Again they did nothing and send a message that they will resolve it in 26th. I have called flipkart almost everyday. I have even raised an issue in Delhivery’s site, who was their delivery partner. But none of them helped and one fine morning flipkart has cancelled the item without prior notice and updated in app that I have cancelled it. I have called them several times but they didn’t responded in proper way. They have only a sorry to say. This is awkward. I never expected this from Flipkart. If I had ordered a new item it could have get it delivered by now.
