In airtel payments bank I have added money 9000. They have given me a option of online debit card but while doing a transaction using that online card I’m getting AUTHENTICATION FAILED. I have informed to airtel, but they are not solving my problem from last 1 week on wards. But they told it will be resolved in 48 hours. With this I’m depressed I want to file a case on them because no one is caring about my problem .
