The company promises super fast 4G services, however it fails to provide any. There are no direct customer care toll free no. Everything redirect to Airtel Thanks app. Then the app takes complaints and removes it from the complain box. My pack doesn’t work, generally ny internet is as slow as 0.03 kb. This is not right for a student who rely heavily on internet for my classes. Secondly, whenever I open aritel thanks app suddenly my internet boast. Thirdly, my internet works seamlessly fine with Myntra and doesn’t load anything when switched on to Ajio. Is the jio – airtel rivalry something to do with these. Lastly and most important, my net never works, even after posting so many complaints it just doesn’t work.
