I order a nefon mobile phone on 07 June 21.but company send me a old and dispute China mobile phone which is a Chinese i-smart mobile phone.(lower right corner broken). My order no. Is SH1699546291.and pay to Mr Atul Kumar Rs-3899/ by phonepay.sir pls concern my complain and help me to get my money.and I want to return my mobile phone but there are no any actual postal address.sir pls help me.and take necessary steps to stop this like fraud.
