I have received a call from some fake Mr.Devendra Sharma acting as the Manager from Bank of Baroda Head Office informing me of closure of my present DEBIT CARD and Bank A/c No. for issuance of new DEBIT CARD DIGITAL enquiring me about the details of my DEBIT CARD. On cross questioning he started talking cuss words which is disheartening.
The contact detail from where I have received the call is 6296914717 which is a Jio Sim.On enquiring it suggests that the card is in the name of some Raka Kaka , which is obviously fake. It is a great concern that how the Jio Sim Cards are sold without proper KYC of the buyers and the same are use to do fraud calls looting money of innocent people and getting exploited of this SYNDICATE CRIME.
It is therefore advise o cross check the above number and the buyer who is openly looting the people and boasting of never getting caught by any authority as the mobile companies had given enough loopholes to never reach to him.I have already complained about the person to National Cyber Crime who had initiated the action.
It is therefore requested to help catch such fraudsters and take proper KYC compliance of the customers before selling the Sim cards.
