On 24/09/18 i did 2 transaction at ATM withdrawn if 20,000 but both time amount debited not withdrawn so i raised the complaint same day so on 7/10/18 i got my 20,000/ only so i raised again complaint for 20,000/- after passing 1 month I called again sbi helpline so he said your claim has been accepted successfully on 27/11/18 and amount credited/reversed on 27/11/18 so kindly check your Bank account so i check my statement where there was no transaction in 27-28/11/18 again I called so executive said please coordinate with branch so i visited, Manager said a long time have passed so please raise a new complaint I tild him that executive strongly denied to relaunche complaint because my complaint has closed so kindly check yourself then manager checked and said kindly wait for moreb3 days because one if my collegue is on holiday when he will come I’ll Dicuss with him.
So given time passed still I didn’t get my amount.
I thought may be manager has took my amount and else.? ?
So what is my question that how much it will take to refund and how much rupees as panelty will bank pay to me because this is fault by Bank not me.
