after get this samsung 4gb RAM DDR3, product I got that it is not working in our system so I just replace it for a time and again got that the replaced product is also not working in my system so second time I return this on 12th October the delivery person came in the evening to pick up the product and I hangover the product to the the delivery boy but this the blueberry boy just keep this product but do not update on the portal that we have been pickup the product and due to that I could not see that the product has been received on my portal still now I am getting that this product has to be pick up and this is a reason because until it will not be so on that product has been pick up my refund will not then that and even I have been hand over the product to the seller delivery boy on Sunday I don’t have any proof except to delivery boy picture because at that time I just capture an image of that delivery boy I have only that picture likproof so I am so query and the customer service is not providing any type of information or help the just telling me to wait they are not doing anything.
Conclusion: product has been pickup by seller boy but still showing to be pick up on the portal and cause of this until it will not so that product has been pick up the refund money will not be generated.
