I ordered 6 pcs of STOKZIO metal frame Bag from www.polrity.com for rs 999 order no 123988 dtd 05-04-2022. but Instead i received saree bags. Now i am sending e- mail to company email address given on website for returns and replacement on support@polrity.freshdesk.com. But no reply or response. Also there is no address of sender on the package received and company on website is claiming to return on address given on slip. Company does not have any customer care call no. All these type of companies are cheating and doing fraud with public. we request authorities to deal strictly and cancel licence of this company. we also want our refund back.
