I have purchased Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 from Flipkart having following order
details:
Order Id : OD113605966355430000,
Replacement Id : 12101367406064985101
Following are the issues in mobile which I faced :
1. Camera issue, image gets blurred. In 16 + 5 megapixel, it’s not worth.
2. Battery drains quickly sometimes in ideal condition, mostly at night.
3. When I move pdf or other file from phone memory to sd card, it does not get
opened.
4. Offscreen gestures are not working sometimes.
I am trying from last one month to sort out the issue but they are just wasting
time and providing no resolution.
They have cancelled Tech visit 4 times without any genuine reason. And when the
technician comes, he comes with mindset that these are normal issues in mobile
and it will remain, you should contact Flipkart customer care for this issues.
Besides in last techvisit the technician accepted that there are issues in mobile and
he has forwarded issues to his senior in front of me. But at the time of reporting to
flipkart they forward wrong report that issues has been resolved. And when I
contact to Flipkart customer care, they always insist to arrange techvisit and then
cancel it.
Thus they are transferring blame on each other and wasting my time from last one
month.
So I request you to do the needful and help me in taking refund for the product.
