Product delivered on 12th Oct and raised my issue on 16th oct that product was not working fine it’s hanging issue and blur image came and already so many times i had escalated the same issue and request for the refund also in Flipkart They informed me Technician was visited on 3rd Nov. But no Technician visited and on 5th of Nov my first EMI will deduct. Why should I pay when I already escalated my case within 7 days and today i got a call from Flipkart agent they informed me Pickup and replace Expected by 21st Nov.1 one month already will cross. I need pickup this Laptop and refund my Money.And they have changed the Order History also.
