I have brought this laptop from ASUS showroom in Chennai. since 1 months from the date of purchase i started facing issues, there been glitches in the display even while using browser. . the key board has ben replaced due to backlight not functioning in between and issues with touchpad, ASUS service team has replaced the keyboard not the touchpad.. even after a month when i started complaint about the issue. they refused for a replacement. i clearly mentioned that this seems to be defective product. they insist on replacing the components. now I’m facing issues with GPU error and hanging issue and even when using outlook the temperature is 40 degree Celsius..
