I have purchased a ROG phone 5s. It is a flagship device. After just 1 year 3month My device WIFI and Hotspot are stop working after updating phone software to Android 13 which is coming from company. it is not my fault just because of software update my mobile having wifi issue and why company provide software update when it is harm device wifi/motherboard and when I research I come to know that it is very common issue in ROG phone 5s that many customers are facing. It’s a manufacturing defect in rog5s people who are facing this problem within 6-8 months are getting free service or refund. ASUS knows about this issue. My problem is that my rog got this issue just two month after warranty complete. Now ASUS got the chance and they asking me to pay 48,390 INR for replacement of motherboard only infact brand new phone price in 50,000 including gst.
