Bought phone in June 2022 for Rs 49999 from Asus store in Jayanagar Bengaluru, and the warranty was for 1 year. After 14 months of purchase, the WiFi and hotspot stopped working and few days later phone switched off and didn’t turn on. This all happened when there was an automatic Android software update. When I went to Asus authorised service centre, they asked me to pay rs 250 for mobile check up. And later send me an email asking me to pay 46k for mobile repair. How is this fair.?
