I bought the device Asus Rog Phone 5 on July 2021 from Flipkart at Rs49999/-. Now after using 8 months suddenly my Wifi and Hotspot has stopped working. I talked with customer support and they told me to take a visit to service centre. The service centre told me for motherboard replacement to resolve this issue and gave statement that this a manufacturing defect from the Asus company. I asked for the refund or the new product as this product they’d provided me is Defective. I submitted the device on 23/03/2022.How can I accept the device in which the box(Documents) and the product have different IMEI numbers. This company is making fraud in the name of Flagship and premium phones.

Hi, Is your concern addressed and issue fixed? If yes how? Can you please guide. I too am facing the same issue now. After latest update wifi is not turning on. My phone is out of warranty too. Please guide.
