My device warranty end is 03-03-2023
But after 5 days i faced issued on my WiFi or hotspot is not working
Same problem i faced some months before but it’s solved automatically after software update but now I faced same type of problem again and when I visit the service centre and tell my problem to company’s engineer then said that sir may be your mother board problem he said u have to changed and the charges is 35000 to 45000 thousand i was shocked because I already spent 80000 thousand rupees on this device,he said last update model phones have already wifi hotspots problem so if you want to improve your software you can purchase new motherboard by Rs.45000 with new mother board and he said there is no problem in new motherboard however my obstacles is that i already spent much money on my phone please have solution ,i don’t have money to take new motherboard it’s my humble request to your company , i request you to give me solution with my phone because it’s company software problem or manufacturing problem so I request to please replace my Phone mother board or solved my problem about wifi or hotspot not working
