I had a complaint raised with Asus about the smart phone that i took from them,
I bought an Asus 5s ROG phone costing 60,000 INR,
Due to a manufacturing defect that these guys had they had to change the motherboards of almost all the 5s ROG phones,
I got mine changed and i was previously informed that only the Bluetooth chip and wifi will be changed, later on they had to change the motherboard which changed my IMEI, and because of this my extended warranty that i had while i took the phone lapsed.
They changed my motherboard from the 5S series to series 5 which has the same issue and are now asking me for money to get any changes done on my phone.
1. How can they change my motherboard without informing me about the IMEI change, which lapsed the extended policy i bought while buying the phone for 60,000 INR, this is their own manufacturing defect.
2. They fraudulently changed my motherboard from 5S to 5 series which was an older version phone and in the news making headlines on heating a lot and sometimes even bursting in flames.
3. I have been asked to pay for the same issue which is a manufacturing defect in the phone
4. I have been cheated on with the product that i bought, i have been ignored by these guys a lot , they keep taking more and more time so that i get tired of it and stop escalating things once and for all.
