Myself rajesh I brought the asus rog 5s model phone on 07 July 2022 and in few weeks i starting to having issue with my device as it restarted during calls and gaming i had brought this device for 57999 rs from filpkart and know in November 2022 my wifi and hotspot stopped working and restarted most of the time even when i was not using the device. Then i called customer care and received mail from them that u should take it to service center as i went to service center they said we will replace its motherboard. How can i accept a device which o used only 4months and had to change its motherboard as i brought it in 57999. I asked for refund or replacement of my device but they are telling me we can only replace motherboard that costs upto 50000rs. I want to complaint against them as they sold me defective device and the response from there side is too bad i spend huge amount for this device but they are not willing to resolve the issue without money
