I made a deposit of INR 9000 to my astropay wallet via phonepe UPI but it still hasn’t credited to my wallet while the amount has already been deducted from my bank account. I have emailed astropay support team sent them payment receipts and bank statement screenshots as proof of payment for over a week now but still no resolution, it’s been like talking to a wall with same automated response from astropay support. I want my money to be either credited to my wallet or refunded to my bank account.
