Hi Team,
Generally AstroPay is known for its good service of processing withdraws instantly however my withdrawal of Rs 32000 is pending from more than 24 hrs now. I thought because of the weekend maybe it’s stuck but the wired part was that I requested another withdrawal of Rs 1600 yesterday and the same was processed instantly. I checked with customer care as well however no response.
I am in need of my money kindly look into the same.
