My name is Amaninder Singh Mann and I had booked a flat in Supertech Azalia, Scarlett Tower, T3 1808 Sector 68 Gurgaon in June 2017. I did a 10% down payment of approx. 4.5 lakhs, which the builder was to pay an assured return of 10% until possession. This was followed by Home loan from PNB 80% of the amount and whose Pre EMI was to be paid by builder until possession. The rest of the 10% was to be paid on possession.

However, assured return stopped about 8 months post the deal and now they are stopping the Pre EMI. I visited the site and saw that there is no construction progress and the project, which had a delivery date of Dec 2019, has no semblance of finishing. In spite of repeated mails and phone calls, SUPERTECH does not respond. I am sure possession is delayed, however there is no communication of how delayed it is, nor they respond to my attempts to contact them.

I do not feel they will be meeting any timeline or any promises. I really feel helpless and mentally tortured. I would appreciate if I could have my money back, SUPERTECH is the biggest fraud in the real estate market. My contact number is 9899085172.
