Hi Team – it’s regarding the product- tv cabinet I bought from pepperfry. My order number is – 307983325. The assembly got done from one of their carpenter and he made holes in the entire cabinet and there are wooden cracks as well in the cabinet. I have been initiating multiple chats, writing emails to them but no one responds. They are playing passing the ball to other’s court. I called at their customer care number several times and they responded by saying that They will look into the matter, however after that, it was complete silence. I am not getting any concrete resolution. They are just fooling the customers. I would like to have a full refund or exchange of the same product asap. I am attaching the images as well. Please let me know in case you require more images.
Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
