I am a postpaid customer of Airtel Assam and I had filed a complaint against my internet issue on dated 29/11/2018 via customer care or via physically at Guwahati Ulubari office and Zoo road office. They always seek time 2/3 day to resolve my issue and they always assured me that their engineer will call me and visit my place but from 29th November 2018 till date 15th December 2018 not a single person call me. And still, I am facing internet issue. If Airtel has no responsibility towards customers than it’s better they should close their customer care offices in Guwahati. In my opinion, Airtel has the worst unprofessional employees in Guwahati. Hope company will try to make better their service.
