Hello sir
I have applied loan through Wloan Sykes and equities Mumbai ltd it was approved for 10000, to get this 5% has been paid as processing fee later they said that the account number was wrong to change that still have to pay 12000 to release the amount later it will refundable. That also paid. Again they said to send the face verification video for about 5sec for bank purpose. for this have to pay 8500 after paying this amount the freezed amount will released.
I have filed to cancel the loan and refund the money which I have paid 17000. Finally they are saying that these amount will not be refundable. According to policy agreement they have mentioned that the amount will be refundable but now they are saying it will not be refundable.
So I request to take necessary action to get the paid amount.
