Text of Complaint by Tharini Vishwas:

Sir, I am using airtel broadband from 4yrs with no issues with of 1100 package. Airtel recommended me to upgrade my package for 1399 premium pack where my postpaid mobile is linked. I got bill around 2000 Rs which is too much for me to pay every month..

I went to their mobile store cleared the bill and changed to 999 package and made my postpaid mobile Sim to prepaid. The airtel keeps calling me that I have not cleared the bill. I went ahead and cleared because they told refund will happen.

This happened in May 2020. Till now I didn’t get refund money from airtel which is around Rs 2002. I have bank statement as proof. Please help me to resolve this issue.
