I have received a call ftom a delivery agent saying that my delivery has been halted by abnormal circumstances and it has yo b reactivated by suppling my deluevery address and paying a nominal fees of 5 rs online to reactivate my delivery. I first tgought of paying it but after few minutes i made a descisn not to pay any online paymnt as fraud can b done. I dont know does speed post ask for the reactivagion fees or not. I havent received by delivery yet and hoping it will be done hassle free from speed post as my passport is to be delivered. But i cant undrstand how come they know my consignment number correctly
