There is some issue with the cable pin which is inserted in set top box. So, for the same, called tata sky customer care. So, there are saying your new address is not updated in our DB and you will have to first update your address for which we will charge you 300 rs. And after that request will be taken for cable pin issue and executive will be sent (service changes 150 rs. + cost of item replaced).
Also, one thing I would like to mention – wevhave shifted to this new home approx. 1.5 years back and that time also we called customer care to move out dish from old to new place but not sure why they haven’t updated address and just to update/change the area name( in same city), should they really charge to customer? N that too rs. 300?
