Text of Complaint by JANAGAN:

I recharge the number +91 6374 744 866 for 149 rupees on upi payment method; I entered my upi ID and it serve request to my BHIM upi app and I approved it and money deducted from my bank account. I return to recharge page in my jio app in recent screen that page says nothing and I clicked goback button but it shows recharge failed. I shocked about the recharge failed after money deducted from my bank account. For my friend I again recharge the same amount through debit card. But I already lose my money to indiaideas@icici upi ID . why am I lose money to this without purchasing anything for 149 rupees. I want my money back to me. I want refund. Please help me I’m now in poor condition cause affected from gaja Cycloan we have no ways to earn money from the Cycloan attack. Help me and thanks.
