I have received a whatsapp message from Stashfin saying that if I pay 17055 ( my 3 months’ EMI ), they will waive off all my overdue charges which is 33040.
I paid the 17055 rs immediately as the message I received from is official Stashfin whatsapp account with their registered mobile number +91 7289077171.
after payment of 17055, their mobile application still showing that I have to pay 33040 rs.
so I contacted their customer care with the above information. after listening to all that, they are asking me to pay 10000 rs to close my loan account. but I have already paid 17055 rs which is my full amount and they sent me a message to waive of my overdue charges. still they are asking 10000 more from me to close my loan account.
