Before paying the total amount in Nov 2021, I have already requested for the cancellation of card and was following for the letter of cancellation continuously. The card was already in block stage which i have already made them to block my card as it was not use for me as i was slowly cancelling all the credit cards. Later in December 2021, they have generated the statement to get the card memebership fees. I have clearly informed in customer care for non payment of membership fee for the blocked and closed card. Later some advocates started calling me and threatening me for the payment of the same card for which i clearly refused to make the same. Still i am getting the threatening calls from different different advocates once in every two months.
