Respected Sir,
With due respect & humble submission of a Complaint against the fraud company (staffmaxdata) –533-531, 5th Floors, Unique Empirior, Nort. Sardar Market, Gandhidham. 370231, (address mentioned in agreement but when i searched this address was not found) I am a student I wanted to support my family financial, So that I was looking for a part time job for a long time but unfortunately few days back this company has message me for part time job ( Data Entry) and I started working later when I got to know it was fraud and leaved it. After some days I received a message saying Civil Case Has Been Registered At District Court,DC-5,Panjo Ghar Gandhidham-Kachchh

When I checked the case and verified it shows everything is fake. When i called him to asking about this he talked with me very rudely.i asked him to give me his id proof but he deny it and told me that “abhi apke ghar chalan vejta hoon jab court me ghisna padega tab samjh ayega” i said okay sure i already show your name in consumer complaint then he said to me again ” ap jese nalayak hi karte ho jab court me ghisna padega tab samjh ayega” I have call recording also . I don’t know what to be done next as my parents don’t know about this.
My honor I request you to take action against all these frauds, And please take legal action against yogendra Rana (+919967481372).
