The company is called broadwalk services, it’s the same like everyone who has complained they have the same address and mail id and says they will file a case against you.
First they called me and said you give some I’d proof for identification and they asked picture of my sign and my picture they never mentioned about any document but they filled my details and sent me a document, which didn’t have their email id and phone number.
After this they told me to start my work they gave a link and told me to login through it and fill 640 forms within 7 days. But there was a problem the letter I and the number 1 was the same in the forms, so I asked them they told me to wait but they never replied me back.
After 7 days a lady called her number was 76986 04869 and another number was 70643 77504. They said you habe to pay 4999 because you didn’t complete your work , so I said they told me to wait she declined and said if you don’t pay I will take legal action. so I paid and thought everything was over now and was minding my buisness.
After few minutes she called again and said you have to pay 15,500 to terminate your agreement or you will have to go to court and pay 50,000 she said or if you want to continue you have to pay 10,000 and can continue for 11 months I said I would cancel it she told me to pay 15,500 to the same bank account within 15min I couldn’t understand what was going on, so I sat down and thought carefully and check the document which they claim is legal but it is not and they mentioned there the working term was only between the dates 17/08/2021 to 23/08/2021. I took a screen shot of it and sent to the lady she immediately called me.
She said no mam your agreement is for 11months you have paid feed only for 1 month but you have pay 50,000 for cancellation she told before she said it was 15,500 and suddenly she told it was 50,000 I instantly found that something was wrong so I told her please proceed legally I will take care, these payments were not mentioned in the document then she cut the call and texted me now you face legally, you have to come to Gujarat and she threatened me do i would get scared and pay the money, by God’s grace I didn’t panic and pay the amount.
Then I checked the address and the documents, their personal details were not enclosed and they contacted through different mobile number, and there was no name as broadwalk services on the given address and I found all these similar complains.
My advice is that they cannot do anything to us, because they are fraud face them and block them immediately, no need to fear they are just threating us to get money out of our pockets thinks and proceed.
