Respected Sir/Madam,
Myself Pankaj residing at village kandaiwala Post office Burma papri pincode 173030.About 12 days ago I have applied for online job in quicker.com,After that I got a call from Radeon Technology customer care department.They told me that they will provide 7 days data entry work of 700 forms.If I correct 700 forms they will give me Rs.19,936/- & If I dont correct 700 forms I have to pay Rs.5350/- as a penalty charge.
They asked me to provide my Adhaar Card,One Photo & my digital signature to execute their terms & conditions,So,I provided these documents.
After that,They have given me a helpline no.I started working but there was a data missing in that and so i decided to take some help from that helpline number but they don’t give a reply and answer my call.,After that they have not contacted me and not receiving my calls. And yesterday i got a call from mr.kabir khan said that he is a advocate hired by the company and asking me to pay penelty of Rs.5350 within two hours and he said if i am not able to pay that amount he will go to court and charge Rs 1 lakh 70thousand from me and after this i got mentally disturbed.and i am 200% sure that there data is designed in that way that anybody can got stucked between that particular data because of there fonts structure and data missing. Yesterday I got a legal notice in my mail asking for that Rs.5,350/-.I am attaching screenshots of the mail, form of data missing and several screenshots.
I also found several complaints against them(Radeon Technology) in google.I have spoken to the given legal advisor’s no but she was not ready to listen anything,So,I am damn sure that lady also attached with them as well.
So,This is my humble request to you please take legal action against them as I already loose seven days from my hectic schedule & properly completed their work & after that I am facing this kind of consequences,These people are fooling all and taking money by giving threats,Several complain already shown in Google.
I have attached all the screenshot of their terms & conditions as well as proof of our work done,Kindly go through these docs & do the needful from your end,As I don’t want anymore people will suffer like us from them.
