It is digesting to see repeated requests to terminate my mobile service has not been actioned on.
VERY POOR CUSTOEMR SERVICE.
I have been requesting for my mobile service to be terminated for several weeks over the App. It was not working properly, so sent repeated emails from early March. All that I am seeing is NEW BILLS BEINNG SENT and my request to close action is not actioned.
YOU ARE A TELECOM COMANY. Can’t you see this number did not connect to the network for several weeks?
Do not bother replying to this email with a generic response, that too breaking my email chain, like you did FOUR TIMES so far.
JUST DIS-CONNECT MY SERVICE.
