I received a job opportunity in gotypers, an online typeing work from home job when have to type and get paid in good amount. Now, at the time of applying the job they never told me about any contract. They asked me for my documents like pan card and adhar card and then they have given me a link of the portal. I started working on every page but after typing it isn’t getting submitted anyhow , i tried but everytime is showing me same error. I tried contacting the helpline and the the concerned person, they said they will call in 2 hours but never received any calls for them. Now, as nobody was responding i left that matter and kept on doing my regular chores. On 23th aug i received an email that the contract got breached by me and have to pay a penalty amount of 7000 rupees. I ignored that mail and today i received a call from tamilnadu stating she is an advocate and advised me pay 7000 rupees if i don’t wanna visit court and get into any hassle. I have to pay then in 15 mins only which i denied and got another call from a man who was very rude and arrogant. I don’t know what to do. They said they will be sending me a legal notice in my address and i have to visit tamilnadu court in 2 days and resolve there. I was scared and tried finding resolution here and there and came accross a youtube channel cyber suraksha and from that reference i am filing a complain here. Please help me, i am a student and don’t have anything to pay them. Thankyou
