Sir,
I got call from the company call as rectitude technology for the captcha work. They took my adhar card copy and take sign on the mail as digital sign. I have diagnosed with asthma and I didn’t do their work because of my illness. And I never login for there website too. Now they are asking me for money as penalty. I have told them about my illness and send them my medical. Then also they send me mails and asking for money. First they asked for 5400rs then after 2 days they asked for 8900+ 4200rs . And they send me legal notice and ask for penalty of 4,25,000rs. Please help me with this matter. This kind of a fraud cause mental harassment to innocent people like me.
